This question pops up every once in a while regarding converting Wav files to Midi files and vice versa. Can it be done? Some say yes, some say NOT! Anything is possible. Ready to study psycho-acoustic physics? Wav to Midi conversion does NOT sound as good as Midi to Wav recordings. Will it ever? Never say never! Do NOT @ this time expect a miracle. Maybe later, on the next wave of paradigm shifts. ;) Not new, just different.

Converting Midi to Wav is an obvious snap. PLAY the Midi file while recording to Wav (i.e. Sound Forge)! Let us know if this info was helpful.
